What the trial includes

• Send the assessment to as many candidates as you want for 14 days. Sittings are never counted or charged.
• Open 6 full reports. A full report gives the score against the written standard for the position, the margin of error printed beside it, the pull-away points, and interview questions built from the candidate's own answers.
• Every trade and every position is open during the trial, from the field to the C-suite.
• On the dashboard you see every candidate who sat, with their position match and band. Opening a full report is what draws from your 6.
• When the trial ends, sending and report opening pause. Your standards, your candidates, and every report you opened stay in your account and stay readable.

The founding term

Start an annual plan by November 17, 2026 and you pay then, at the founding rate, and your paid year begins the day your trial ends. The founding rate holds for as long as your plan stays active. Shop runs $299 a month or $2,990 a year after the trial. Starting a plan is your choice, in your account, whenever you are ready. Nothing converts on its own.

The terms, in plain words

• One trial per company. The trial is for companies that hire in the trades, and for new accounts.
• The 14 days start when your account is activated from your claim.
• No card is taken at claim, at activation, or at any point in the trial.
• This is a promotional offer. It is not a contest, a sweepstakes, or a drawing.
• Claims close at 11:59 PM ET on Monday, November 2, 2026, or when the 100th verified company claims, whichever comes first.
